  • This position pays between $110,600 - $141,300 based on experience

As the Director, Net Patient Revenue Analytics you will help ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and contributes to our mission of redefining the possibilities in healthcare. The Director, Net Patient Revenue Analytics, is accountable for leveraging data-driven intelligence to drive operational excellence across Ensemble Health Partners. This role oversees developing, implementing, and maintaining various data and analytic solutions in a customer-friendly manner. The successful candidate will assist the SVP, Finance & Business Development in developing and implementing a comprehensive analytics solution to monitor net patient revenue across our portfolio. As a key leadership role in all aspects of net patient revenue analytics, the Director is accountable for project completion to senior leadership, sets operational priorities/objectives, and is responsible for tactical/strategic analytic efforts. The role requires a strong background in healthcare analytics, demonstrated commitment to improving net patient revenue, proven experience driving operational efficiency, and the leadership capabilities to hire and lead a team of talented professionals to continuously advance Ensemble Health Partner's position as an analytics leader in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
