We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top talent, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential talent.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide recommendations on hiring decisions based on thorough candidate evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
• Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

• Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
