Senior Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. From planning and execution to stakeholder management, you will drive projects forward within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Your strategic leadership and collaborative cross-functional approach will be instrumental in achieving project excellence.

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and execute project plans, identifying objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage project teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress against milestones.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.
• Implement quality assurance processes and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and knowledge sharing.

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven track record in managing complex projects from initiation to closure, preferably in technology or engineering sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and build client relationships.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodology and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana preferred.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $78,750 and $105,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
