Cadence Technologies is seeking exceptional candidates who thrive in fast paced work environments, managing inventory, and shipping/receiving for a distribution business that supplies world class manufacturing companies sanitary process components for the food & beverage industries. Team members must be organized, detail oriented, able to work with others as a team, demonstrate strong character and work ethic.

What You’ll Do

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the warehouse operations run smoothly to support the flow of products in/out and throughout the warehouse and inventory locations.  In addition, the warehouse coordinator will be critical in expediting shipments, staging deliveries and quoting unique delivery solutions to support a dynamic client base and service team. Work with other Cadence team members to perform on-site valve rebuilds and positive displacement pump rebuilds on projects.

Inventory Management: 

  • Perform cycle counts to reconcile against digital records. 
  • Performing requires tasks to introduce new items into inventory 
  • Analyze trends to suggest future inventory needs. 
  • Manage staging of parts for service team to ensure requests are processed in a timely manner and all costs are properly transferred to their appropriate cost centers. 
  • Receive incoming shipment of parts associated with projects.  Organize and stage the material, kit and consolidate items based on installation schedule.  Coordinate all shipments with Project Managers. 
  • Oversee cycle counts done in the field and process inventory transfers to support our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) needs. 
  • Maintain an efficient warehouse layout and adapt layout as needed to meet the latest needs of the business. 
  • Ensure proper storage conditions are maintained to maximize product quality.
