We are currently looking for a Collections Agent to join our Finance & Insurance Team based in Nea Ionia.

As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue payments, advising on payment plans, and ensuring timely debt collection in accordance with company policies.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
• Communicate with clients about overdue payments and explain their payment options
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address payment-related issues
• Manage administrative tasks, such as updating customer contact details
• Keep detailed records of collection efforts and report on overall progress

Requirements

• University Degree in Business Administration or other relevant field is a plus
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel etc) and G-Suite (google sheets etc)
• Experience with ERP systems will be considered an asset
• Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and persuasion capabilities as well as problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
