Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager for one of our client. Please note that this isa remote opportunity with the request to travel to Brussels from time to time.

Responsibilities:

· Creation and maintenance of the Program Vision/Charter in alignment with client Strategy and Portfolio;

· Produce program business cases and vision documents for new initiatives (often executed through several projects) including effort estimates;

· Follow-up of projects in the scope of the respective program;

· Perform technical reviews on specific artifacts on the request of the client;

· Maintain program level integrated planning and road map including dependencies, critical path resource requirements in alignment with the overall portfolio of projects and considering project level risk management inputs;

· Maintain program level risk register (including mitigation plans) and issue logs;

· Steer and coordinate initiatives in scope of the program and review project outputs with particular focus on the integration perspective;

· Trigger the Architecture office for reviews from the technical/architecture perspective;

· Track program status including milestones and deliverables;

Technologies to be familiar with:

· VMWare;

· Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 & 8;

· High Availabilities techniques/architecture;

· Monitoring and monitoring tools like: Splunk, Dynatrace, Tivoli, ..

· VMWare;

· Oracle Database;

· Oracle Fusion Middleware;

· DevSecOps.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

· You have contributed to improving IT operations e.g., reducing planned downtimes, building infrastructure service catalogue etc.

· Experienced in infrastructure automation; (5 layers).

· ITIL certified (3 or 4) and are familiar with service management tools and processes (capacity, configuration, incident, problem, change management in particular)

· Project Management certified (Prince2, PMP certification)

· 8 years of experience in a similar role for projects which are highly technical by nature

· Fluent in English
