<li><strong>Develop and execute a strategic supplier risk management program</strong> that aligns with the organization’s objectives and industry best practices.</li>
<li><strong>Lead comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers</strong>, focusing on financial stability, operational capabilities, compliance, and geopolitical factors.</li>
<li><strong>Analyze supplier performance data and market trends</strong> to identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.</li>
<li><strong>Foster strong relationships with key suppliers</strong> to enhance communication and collaboration on risk-related issues.</li>
<li><strong>Drive supplier development programs</strong> to improve performance, mitigate risks, and enhance long-term partnerships with key suppliers.</li>
<li><strong>Manage and develop a team of supplier risk professionals</strong>, providing guidance, mentoring, and training to build capabilities and improve overall team performance.</li>
</ul><p></p><p><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><p></p><ul>
<li>More than 5 years of experience in procurement.</li>
<li>Analytical skills: understanding the consequences and performance of suppliers.</li>
<li>Financial/strategic vision.</li>
<li>Knowledge or background in French legislation.</li>
<li>Fluency in English.</li>
<li>Fluency in French.</li>
