This role operates at the center of the business, partnering directly with executive leadership and the Board to translate complex operational and technical inputs into clear financial insights that guide company strategy.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>In addition to owning budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, the Director will play a critical role in fundraising, capital strategy, and corporate development. This includes supporting investor engagement, evaluating strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities, developing financial models and valuation analyses, and helping shape the company’s long-term growth strategy. This individual will develop robust financial models, articulate the company’s growth trajectory, and ensure alignment between operational execution, capital deployment, and strategic growth initiatives.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a highly visible role requiring both strong analytical rigor and executive presence. This position reports to the VP of Finance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting <ul> <li>Leads the company’s annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.</li> <li>Develops and maintains rolling forecasts, incorporating key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Builds and owns integrated financial models that connect operations, capital investment, and revenue growth.</li> <li>Establishes planning frameworks that scale with company growth and complexity.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Executive Partnership, Strategic Finance &amp; Corporate Development <ul> <li>Serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Council on financial and strategic matters.</li> <li>Translates technical, operational, and commercial inputs into actionable financial insights.<
