Description & Requirements

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with the deployment of Infor’s PLM for Process (Optiva) software. This role leads all phases of project execution, including requirements gathering, solution design, application configuration, system testing, training, and adoption.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Provide consulting services for the implementation and upgrade of Infor’s PLM for Process (Optiva) software.
• Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, including prospect presentations, discovery, estimate development, requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, documentation, and training, ensuring compliance with Infor methodology.
• Develop expertise in the capabilities and limitations of Infor software to configure solutions that meet client requirements.
• Gain knowledge of application architecture, database schema, and development tools.
• Collaborate with customer project teams to assess business needs and translate them into requirements and design specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with formulation management.
• Experience in optimizing recipes, formulations, automated labeling, and costs.
• Experience in ERP implementations, with a background in system configuration, integration, and testing.
• Experience in identifying business requirements, designing solutions, and managing full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with coding in the context of system configuration or customization.
• Remote position with travel 50%+ .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing PLM for Process (Optiva).
• Experience with other Infor applications (e.g., ION, IDM).
• Experience in product development within the food and beverage consumer packaged goods industry.
• Experience managing enterprise software projects, including software implementation.
