What you'll be doing:

• Working on an advanced, complex technical project requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.
• Applying Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning to solve business
• Providing expertise, leadership, and guidance as it relates to Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine
• Identifying trends, patterns, and problems by analyzing complex and unstructured
• Designing, developing, and implementing viable business solutions to determine
• Designing and implementing underlying data models and
• Interpreting results from multiple sources usi_ng a variety of techniques ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining.
• Understanding end goals for projects and working autonomously as
• Working with project team members, subject matter experts, and senior leadership

What you'll need:

• Master's degree in computer science, information systems, technology, or related
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar
• US Citizenship (required by federal government).

Additional Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power Bl or similar
• Familiarity with cloud platforms; most specifically Microsoft
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and collaboration
• Ability to translate technical findings into business
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT
• Ability to identify problems; determine accuracy and relevance of information; use sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives and make recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced
• Ability to thoroughly pay attention to details when performing and reviewing
• Ability to work with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, and satisfy their expectations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Visio).

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience working in the government and the financial
• Experience with Big Data
• Familiarity with containerization and DevOps
• Experience with ETL tools and data
• Working understanding of Federal IT services models and frameworks to support the project team to meet client requirements.
• Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support.
