• Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources (OPLR) is located at 780 Regent Street, near the Kohl Center and within walking distance of UW-Madison campus.
• 10-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Office hours are 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday; 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday
- Work early or work late, depending on your needs.
- Additional hours are available during winter, spring, and summer breaks.
Salary/Wage Range:

1Position Summary/Job Duties:
The Office of Online & Professional Learning Resources (OPLR) is seeking a student to assist with various support-related services for online students, primarily services related to success coaching and financial aid. This position offers flexible hours and competitive wages. We offer an opportunity to gain professional-level work within Higher Education. We are happy to coordinate information interviews to help you learn about career options within Higher Education and further develop your skillset.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate student information and enrollment plan records in CRM (customer relationship management) system
- Assist with monitoring, managing, and logging student communications (primarily email).
- Track steps in student onboarding processes and work closely with success coaching and financial aid teams throughout student onboarding
- Scanning, filing, and processing mail
- Data entry
- Use of various systems, including CRM and document imaging systems
- Assist with special projects or activities as assigned, or desired
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in typing, data entry
- Attention to detail
- Ability to apply judgment and analysis to work performed

- Prior office and/or data entry experience
