Description
We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-value prospects, developing strategic outreach campaigns, and helping drive revenue growth. As a key player in our sales team, you'll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine prospecting strategies and build a strong sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Assess the needs and potential of leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Engage with leads to understand their pain points, needs, and interest in the company's offerings.
- Manage and track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
- Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) and other sales team members to hand off qualified leads and provide context for successful sales conversions.
- Guide and mentor junior BDRs, helping them refine their skills and improve performance.
- Track key metrics such as conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness, providing insights to improve sales processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- 2+ years proven experience in a business development role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical skills to assess lead quality and sales effectiveness.
- Leadership abilities, particularly in mentoring and training junior team members.

Our compensation for the role is between $70,000 - $80,000 plus commission and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set.
