We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead and inspire a team of product marketing managers to advance the growth of LinkedIn Sales Solutions. This role is crucial for setting the product marketing strategy, driving high-level business decisions, and overseeing the execution of go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a collaborative leader, and have a customer-centric mindset.


Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketing managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and implement product marketing strategies that align with business goals, leveraging customer insights and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership across product, marketing, sales, and business operations to drive a unified approach to product marketing.
  • Product Roadmap: Influence product strategy and contribute to the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer feedback.
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Oversee go-to-market plans, ensuring effective communication of the product's value proposition to internal teams and customers.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the field sales team to create tools and resources that support sales activation and customer engagement.
  • Market Insights: Use qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer needs, monitor competitor activity, and identify new market opportunities.
     

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of general marketing strategy experience - e.g., product marketing, management consulting, business operations, or marketing strategy.
  • 4+ years of experience managing teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives and building consensus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • A passion for building and scaling high-performing teams.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.    

The pay range for this role is $160,000 - $250,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
