We focus on assisting organizations that are responsible for the delivery, funding and payment management of health care and medical related services. Clients include hospitals, academic medical centers, health systems, home health agencies, long term care, outpatient facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, practitioners and physician groups, as well as health plans, other health insurance companies, pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs), and retail health care clients.

Work you’ll do

As a Healthcare Solutions Senior Manager on the AI & Engineering Industry Solutions team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading clinically focused transformation initiatives for healthcare provider, payer, and public sector clients, with an emphasis on nursing workflows, care delivery operations, and technology-enabled models of care
• Advising executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders on strategies to improve patient care delivery, workforce effectiveness, clinical quality, and operational performance through artificial intelligence, digital, and data-enabled solutions
• Assessing current-state clinical and operational workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, and developing future-state processes aligned with frontline clinician needs, patient safety priorities, and organizational goals
• Driving implementation of solutions across perioperative services, care operations, workforce optimization, and clinical practice transformation, including oversight of project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
• Translating emerging trends in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence, nursing innovation, and clinical operations into practical, scalable solutions that improve clinician experience and measurable business and care outcomes
• Leading business growth and eminence activities, such as pursuit development, proposal support, relationship expansion, white papers, blogs, and speaking engagements
