About the Role:

We’re looking for an Annuity Relationship Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive excellence in our annuity new business operations.
What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused annuity onboarding experience.
You will:
• Serve as the primary contact for Case Managers and internal partners, resolving escalations and enhancing system functionality.
• Deliver exceptional service by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with the PolicyLink Helpdesk to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Partner with Case Managers to identify and implement service improvements that elevate the client experience.
• Maintain high performance standards, consistently exceeding quality and SLA benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Annuity Operations Relationship Directors to ensure timely, effective client resolutions.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Manage follow-up communications with external annuity carriers.
• Prepare transfer paperwork and letters of acceptance.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of annuity new business submissions.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who’s not just experienced—but ready to take ownership of this role with confidence and clarity.
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of experience in annuity operations or a related field
• Strong knowledge of annuity products
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
Preferred:
• 2+ years of direct annuity operations experience
