RUSH KIds is seeking a Full Time Pediatric Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician for our Crystal Lake, IL location.

 

RUSH Kids is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary pediatric team in Crystal Lake, IL. A Behavior Technician works 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis implementing ABA programs. Behavior Technicians are supervised by the BCBA and training is provided. BTs play an integral role in collaboration with BCBAs to support client success. You’ll be helping children achieve their goals and learn new skills. Students working towards a Masters in ABA welcome to apply.

 

Schedule: Full Time

Up to $500 Sign on Bonus

Compensation: Starting at $20/hr

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis in the child's homes and our facilities.
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
• Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
