About the role
We are looking for a passionate Resort Rooms Operations Assistant Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position will be assigned to a designated Department depending on the Property need. This position will report to the Department Head for the designated Department.
What you will do
Resort Rooms Operations management generalist position that supports all Rooms Division Departments. (Front Desk, Guest Services, PBX, Concierge/Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Recreation, Reservations, KFAS and Laundry). Understands brand standards and operations requirements for performance in each of the discipline areas. Supervises a given shift at the designated Rooms Division Department depending on Property Need. Directs staff that performs required duties in each area and will also perform these duties on own. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you bring
• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the front office.
• Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk and Concierges aspect of Four Seasons services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Housekeeping, the Resort and area. Working knowledge is generally learned on the-job.
• It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
• The ability to read and speak English.
• Maui Liquor License

• Salary Range: $75,300 - $83,275
Schedule & Hours
• Full time
• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
