What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead training, onboarding, and upskilling in salons

Deliver Foundation and leadership development training

Track performance and coach for improvement

Ensure training tool (Attensi) compliance

Support salon readiness for events and openings

Promote service excellence and product knowledge

What You Need:

Valid New York Nail Tech License

Training experience in fast-paced environments

Strong coaching and leadership skills

Confident with digital learning tools

Great at building team relationships

Organized, with high service standards

Based in NYC, open to some travel
