HybridWhat you will do
The Talent Access Partner is responsible for developing sources of qualified applicants, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, informing applicants about job details, and leading recruitment and selection projects:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in alignment with the company's goals and values
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create innovative sourcing strategies
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts
Develop and implement HR strategies to support sector/function goals
Collaborate with business partners to drive key talent initiatives
Integrate HR priorities into business plans and analyze drivers to inform HR solutions
Lead talent planning and deployment strategies in partnership with local leadership
Drive talent agenda and achieve business results for the sector/function
Shape culture, employee engagement, and change initiatives in collaboration with global-sector and HR leaders
Ensure seamless experiences for both HR and the business by partnering across groups and sectors
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Desired Qualifications
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
Strong HR competencies in Strategy, Talent mindset, Business mindset, Trusted partner, Integrator, Change advocate, Operational excellence, Analytics mindset, Digital champion
Previous experience working in Consumer Goods segment is a plus

What’s in it for you
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$86,700.00 - $122,400.00This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
