About the Group

Enterprise Applications -The corporate team at Equinix focuses on implementing the next-generation software applications for Equinix to scale and support Equinix's internal ecosystems.

Job Summary
As  EPM architecture and AMS lead in the Corporate application division, you would be working on some of our latest ventures to Support and Enhance cutting-edge SaaS business applications. You will be helping us with coordination, documentation, test execution, conducting POC, post-production maintenance, and support of the Oracle Cloud SaaS enterprise application production support and continuous improvement of the application landscape.

This position acts as a critical liaison between the company’s financial functions including Corporate Controllership, Regional Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Business Assurance, and the company’s IT organization. 

Responsibilities

• Business Support

• Provides first-line support to users of financial applications

• Responding to business user queries

• Providing one-on-one support, explanations, and guidance to users regarding finance operations

• Triaging data issues, process issues, and business user errors.

• Liaise with IT and business users to define and prioritize business-related issues associated with systems.

• Partner with other system owners to ensure data quality, timing, and financial reporting impacts are fully understood.

• Interacts regularly with senior management-level stakeholders and demonstrates value from realized projects

• Solution Design

• Responsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on the functional expertise of functional and technical team members or vendors, as appropriate

• Advises on solutions prepared by peers or supporting team, and champions good design practice

• Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
