The successful candidate will also support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes and participate in various central FP&amp;A projects and initiatives.</p> <p><strong>THE JOURNEY</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be part of the Finance &amp; Strategy Team in Spain and help us take decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country.</li> <li>Support the Spanish Finance &amp; Strategy team on the FP&amp;A and controlling functions (Business Plan, monthly closings, etc).</li> <li>Lead and participate in finance related projects in order to improve our processes and data reliability.</li> <li>Analyze business &amp; financial KPIs to challenge teams to drive financial discipline and improve overall profitability, maximizing outputs through thorough data and financial analysis.</li> <li>Work closely with Global Finance Teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting, etc) to solve any day-to-day issues and ensure a 100% satisfaction of Spain’s customers and partners in any topic related to Finance.</li> <li>Work with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, procurement…) to ensure a profitable and flawless execution, and to develop profitability analysis for new ideas/businesses.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE</strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Maths, Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline is a must.</li> <li>Advanced level in Microsoft Office / G-Suite is a must.</li> <li>Able to handle a high volume of transactions/data and discover trends, patterns and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong modeling experience</li> <li>Microsoft Office/Google Suite proficiency.</li> <li>Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in positions related to: Corporate Finance, Strategy, FP&amp;A in a top tier tech company, consulting firm, or PE/venture capital firm.</li> <li>Intermediate to advanced skills in SQL and in general, using programming as a tool to scale and solve problems.</li> <li>Proficient in English and Spanish language.</li> <li>Analytical and 360 mindset.</li> </ul> <p>Individuals representing diverse profiles, <strong>and abilities,</strong> encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
