Under direct supervision the Assembly Operator performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Must be available to work a non-standard work week, Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Shifts are determined by business needs.

What You Will Do

• Assemble all types of electrical/mechanical assemblies and circuit boards in the construction of units/systems.
• Perform a variety of tasks in the movement, stocking and issuing of orders, parts and assemblies.
• Perform routine data analysis and identify readily evident and/or recurring problems such as defective components, siring errors, alignment, etc.
• Maintain records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Perform chemical handling and recycling functions.
• Works from written procedures and/or oral instructions. Work is usually repetitive and is performed under general supervision.
• Perform other duties as may be required.
• This is a non-standard work week position, based on business needs. Must be willing and able to work a non-standard work week, Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Requires HS Diploma. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Must pass new hire and process training.
• Must be willing and able to work a non-standard work week, Friday through Sunday, 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Soldering experience preferred
• Must be open to work overtime and weekends as needed.
