The role can be based in <strong>Dublin or Paris</strong> and will be reporting to the Data Operations Team Lead – Life &amp; Health, EMELA</p><p>Good data quality is essential to our business. The Data Operations team is responsible to process, monitor and analyse data received from our cedants. These data will be used by different functions for various financial, actuarial studies and reporting.  </p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>In this role, you will be assigned to manage the data for Life &amp; Health treaties and interact regularly with stakeholders from other departments.</p><p>You will primarily be responsible to:</p><ul><li>Ensure data quality:  data received needs to be complete, accurate, consistent, and provided as required in treaty agreements</li><li>Extract and load data into our system; including escalating and resolving any errors with cedants</li><li>Perform detailed analysis of cedant’s data and reconcile premiums with treaty conditions and accounts</li><li>Work with various stakeholders to ensure data analysed is readily available to them</li><li>Actively monitor client accounts and produce summary reports highlighting trends and issues</li><li>Participate in projects or other ad hoc duties as assigned</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in a similar role or in Life re/insurance Accounting.</li><li>Possess strong general re/insurance knowledge.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent (BAC+3)</li><li>Proficient with Access and Excel skills.
