Golf Maintenance - Lab Assistant

The Golf Lab Assistant will oversee the university's golf club repair lab. This role involves supervising student employees in completing daily operatioinal procedures fo the golf training areas. This role will manage club repair inventory, maintain and repair equipment, and provide expert guidance on comkplex club repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience with golf club repair and a strong ability to work with others.  Proficiency in golf club repair techniques, including shaft replacement, grip installation, loft and lie adjustments, and head repairs.  Ensure all golf club repairs meeti industry quality standards and specifications.  Conduct regular inspections of completed repairs to verify workmanship.  Monitor and manage inventory levels of repair parts, tools, and supplies. Place orders for replacements and maintain accurate records of inventory usage.  Handle student inquiries and concerns about golf club repairs.  Provide expert advise and solutions to ensure student satisfaction.  Prefer candidate with Golf Management degree.
