Job Title:        Senior Analyst, Treasury    
Reports To:         VP, Assistant Treasurer

Job Summary:
The Senior Treasury Analyst manages the day-to-day Treasury operations of Church's Texas Chicken, including daily cash management, bank account administration, cash flow forecasting, and Securitization reporting. This role partners closely with the VP, Assistant Treasurer, to safeguard the company's liquidity and strengthen Treasury processes and controls.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Directly support the VP, Assistant Treasurer in managing the organization's cash flow, investments, and financial risks to maintain optimal liquidity and financial stability.
•    Manage daily cash positioning, including liquidity management and reporting.
•    Provide guidance, training, and support to the daily cash management process.
•    Develop new or streamline existing Treasury processes, documentation, and controls.
•    Prepare weekly and quarterly Securitization reporting Packages, including manager’s certificates and related accounting entries
•    Monitor compliance with legal covenants and evaluate the Securitization program’s performance covenant triggers and termination events.
•    Manage relationships with bank, accounting, and payment vendors. 
•    Prepare, monitor, and track the cash flow forecast, and identify and evaluate variances.
•    Special projects as required.

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
•    1-2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Finance
•    Strong knowledge of banking principles, card payments, and accounting processes and controls
•    Strong understanding of the Securitization processes, reporting, capital structure, and calculation of relevant credit ratios.
•    Prior experience with cash and payments reconciliation, loss & fraud prevention, and security.
•    Advanced in Microsoft Excel and proficient in full MS Office suite 
•    Experience with Treasury operations including cash concentration, forecasting, and banking platforms.
•    Detail oriented with well-developed organizational skills.
•    Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and business partners.
•    Preferred: Prior experience with gift card programs.
