What You’ll Get to Do:
Gather inputs for monthly PMR to include:
Significant accomplishments
Upcoming events
Staffing status
Current FTE, Open JRs to include status for both CACI & Subs
Conduct research on potential partners and competition.
Monitor external recruiting sites for position that are open in our field of interest.
Schedule conference rooms.
Update & Maintain Emergency Preparedness documents.
FEDEX shipping and tracking.
Develop and update training recommendations for various members of the team.
Monitor and track assigned training.
Update and monitor Divisional Travel and Leave calendar.
Update and maintain Divisional Roster
Add new Job Requisitions
Monitor and update projected start date.
Verify accuracy of all roster information.
Update Per # and Location as required.
Create and post Job Requisitions
Review candidates and make recommendation for interviews based on Recruiting MGR requirements.
Report all non-US citizen applicants to FSO to include JR# and resume.
Report all non-qualified candidates to recruiter for disposition.
Review and Screen job applicants.
Schedule interviews.
Attend, participate, and document interviews.
Update and maintain Job Requisition Status Spreadsheet
Monitor and Document Employee Engagement activities
Monitor and Report Time Keeping compliance.
Verify Workday resumes for all employees ensuring accurate and up to date resumes, to include education, certifications, etc.
Other routine administrative duties.
Assist in absence of Day One Coordinator.
Assist with Reception as necessary
Cross train with other staff members
More About the Role:
This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to properly prioritize and multi-task. You must be able to work independently.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
United States Citizenship required.
Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience providing the following:
Manage Program Manager’s and SR Staff’s calendar and schedule.
Solicit inputs from management and create weekly report to include Good/Bad news, noteworthy news, and Kudos
Solicit and gather inputs from designated employee for the monthly CDRL report.
Format reports and ensure proper grammar, spelling, and acronyms prior to submission to management.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Microsoft Office experience
Prior clerical/administration work
