Job Title: Bilingual Wireless Team Lead

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Wireless Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wireless technology and management, as well as excellent selling skills. This is a full-time position with weekly pay plus commission and bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of bilingual wireless sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Minimum of 2 years of wireless sales experience

- Minimum of 1 year of management experience

- Strong selling skills and ability to motivate a team to achieve sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
