Director of Clinical Services

Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is GROWING... and looking for a dynamic Director of Clinical Services to lead our team in helping our patients on their road to recovery.

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for developing, planning, coordinating and administering all social services, Therapy and adjunctive therapy.

Requirements

Minimum Education: Masters degree in social work or equivalent Masters or Doctorate degree in a recognized mental health field. LCSW or similar license required.

Minimum Work Experience: Experience in inpatient setting preferred; skills in case management, time management, and crisis intervention common to acute psychotic as well as to non-violent crises intervention practice. Strong Management and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of acute psychological disorders; advanced principals of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to adults; familiarity with follow-up resource service available; skills in conducting individual, marital and family group therapy.

Required License: LCSW
