Senior RCM Analyst

Plan, supervise, direct, and administer business functions and related processes. Develop, maintain, analyze, and report on services financial and statistical information 

• The Sr. Analyst provides RCM analytics for the practice managers and staff, including payer trends for edits, rejects and denials of claims. 
• Responsible for KPI performance in each of the markets and for each of the providers/practices.  
• This includes all report production, distribution and report use/training.  
• They are responsible for training all office staff and vendors on denial prevention and overall hold reduction. 
• The Sr. Analyst role also includes oversite of all collection activities, monthly meetings with all Practice Managers to review RCM KPI performance plans as required and is also responsible for completion of Sr. Leadership slide presentation due in first half of each month. 
• This position works with operations, the credentialing teams, coding teams, and legal and compliance teams. 

Education 

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance 

Experience 

Required: 2 years experience in healthcare management.
