Manages a caseload of complex cases involving academic, emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges, while also supporting students referred through campus partners, self-referral, or upon re-entry to the University. Support may take the form of 1:1 or group coaching, mentoring, mediation, or life skills development. Provides guidance to faculty, staff, and students on the Care Referral process and campus resources and oversees transitional support programming for students returning from academic probation, temporary withdrawal, or other interruptions—helping them re-engage and move forward with confidence.
