About the role
We are looking for a General Labor to join our team at the Goodland Crush facility. In this role, you will support plant operations by performing general cleaning and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Perform general cleaning of equipment, floors, and work areas across the facility.
- Clean up material spills and debris in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist with sanitation and routine housekeeping tasks in plant areas.
- Support maintenance and production teams with basic manual tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Communicate any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Work in varying weather conditions and dusty environments as needed.
About You
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
