Senior Consultant, Financial Crimes Advisory – Analytics Focus - Remote, Poland

Together with our clients, we are Reimagining Compliance.</p><p></p><p><b>SUMMARY</b></p><p>The <b>Financial Crimes Advisory Senior Consultant</b> will be responsible for working on multiple, simultaneous anti-money laundering-related (AML) engagements. Sample engagements include: </p><ul><li><p><u>Model Validations</u> of any AML-related models (per applicable guidelines)</p></li><li><p><u>Tuning</u> of TM, Screening, and CDD models</p></li><li><p><u>System Implementations</u> (TM, Screening, and CRR/CDD systems)</p></li><li><p><u>Data Reconciliations</u>, data lineage and data quality testing</p></li><li><p><u>AML Program Reviews</u>, including policies and procedures, gap analysis, risk assessments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>CAPABILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Excellent skills with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint (Python or R preferred, but not required)</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret the results of data analyses to identify patterns and reach conclusions</p></li><li><p>Ability to clean and normalize data</p></li><li><p>Ability to use SQL to create and analyze large data sets</p></li><li><p>Highly organized, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously</p></li><li><p>Excellent oral, written, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to learn quickly and absorb information quickly</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>DUTIES</b></p><ul><li><p>Conduct in-depth analyses of large AML-related data sets</p></li><li><p>Identify gaps and irregularities within clients’ AML data</p></li><li><p>Evaluate the extent to which specific data adhere to government regulations and guidelines</p></li><li><p>Create concise, clear write-ups of the results of data analyses</p></li><li><p>Interact with SMEs and managers to seek guidance on complex issues</p></li><li><p>Absorb and understand the fundamentals of applicable AML regulations and guidelines</p></li><li><p>Interact with clients (at all levels) in a professional manner</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum Bachelor's Degree</p></li><li><p>Minimum of four years of consulting experience</p></li><li><p>Minimum of three years of anti-money laundering-related experience</p></li><li><p>CAMS certification preferred but not required</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>AML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
