Job Description:

This role is responsible for understanding data needs across stakeholders in the Oncology Business Unit (OBU) and working with cross-functional partners (e.g., BOS, Brands and Field) to deliver dashboards and reports that improve performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify stakeholder needs related to key performance indicator, sales and Field activity data. Partner with Business Operations and Strategy (BOS) functions to provide data driven insights to inform/improve decision-making processes.
• Manage monthly performance reporting processes within OBU, in collaboration with BOS partners.
• Manage internal, cross-functional quarterly business reviews with Medical and V&A.
• Track and prioritize data requests across OBU. Communicate availability of reports/data sources internally to enable shared understanding of performance.
• Collaborate with the Oncology Brand & Field teams to develop pipelines and workflows aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of data sharing through the Brand Analytics team.
• Lead data working group within OBU. Ensure reporting and data availability are understood by and meet the needs of teams.
• Work closely with Operations leads from Rare and Neuro business units to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Oncology Business Unit.
• Collaborate with contracting and channel strategy teams to assess improvements in analyzing key brand growth trends.
• Leverage disease state and pharmacotherapy information to aid with data mapping and analysis based on Brand needs.
• Assist in brand and tactical planning for all three OBU brands as needed in collaboration with cross functional teams such as Medical and V&A. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $91,500 - $134,200

The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills
