The associate will gain experience with practice areas including commercial litigation, product liability defense, professional liability defense, toxic torts, and catastrophic personal injury defense. This attorney would be a leader in implementing the client’s defense strategies, collaborating with associates and paralegals, reporting in writing and live to the client, and appearing at hearings and depositions, among other projects.<strong><br><br></strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>JD from an accredited law school</li> <li>Admitted to practice in Washington</li> <li>3+ years of experience&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice</li> <li>2nd chair trial experience a plus</li> <li>Superior analytical skills</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li> <li>Legal project management experience is helpful</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Take a leading role on a dynamic and growing litigation team</li> <li>Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end</li> <li>Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects</li> <li>Regularly handle court appearances and depositions</li> <li>Communicate with clients and provide status reports</li>
