Job Title: Full-Time Physical Therapist

Join our dynamic outpatient team at STARS Boise Physical Therapy Clinic, located near Saint Alphonsus Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide personalized care and rehabilitation to a diverse patient population, promoting independence and enhancing functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to meet rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies for independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network).
• Outpatient experience preferred.
