What You'll Do
As a participant in the Runway to Readiness program, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, learning to:
• Operate and maintain machines with precision and care.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure seamless production processes.
• Interpret technical drawings and follow standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into the world of manufacturing. To qualify, you’ll need:

  • CNC Machinist Experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of work experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Basic math and problem solving skills

  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper ergonomic procedures.

Preferred Skills & Traits
While not required, the following characteristics will set you apart:
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with manual machining tools.
• Exposure to band saws, drill presses, and hand tools.
• Vo-tech training or coursework in machining, welding, auto mechanics, or electrical work.
• Autonomous problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
