THE JOB:

As a Server III in DPrime Steakhouse, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by assisting our guests in their food and beverage selections. By understanding our guest’s unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.30 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately take and input guest orders into the system, ensuring special requests are noted
• Stay well-informed and knowledgeable on all food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
• Deliver a personalized dining experience by anticipating and accommodating the guest’s preferences
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Research and stay current on culinary and beverage trends to introduce innovative pairing concepts
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the font-of-house area to comply with company standards
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Three years of prior relevant fine dining serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
