Rebate Analyst - Western Europe (WEU)

Location: Warsaw

The hybrid model of work

SUMMARY

Main areas for the position:

• A rebate analyst based in Poland, dedicated to data across WEU

• Supporting the following tasks: commercial customer rebates, (this list is not exhaustive)

• Work collaboratively across WEU with commercial, functional and local bids and tenders teams

• Active involvement in projects related to process improvement for the above listed tasks

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the analytics of the WEU commercial customer rebate process; collaborate with commercial and local bids and tenders teams to ensure accuracy and transparency

• Perform WEU rebate claims; working with Commercial stakeholders for approval; work collaboratively with the A2R team in Warsaw

• Processing of rebate sales data to ensure accurate WEU reporting; provide local analytical support

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree, Bachelor's or Master (Finance, economics preferred)

• Excellent analytical skills combined with exceptional technical skills:

  MS Office Applications: (Excel, PowerPivot, Access),

  Visual analytics platform: (Tableau)

• Fluent English and Polish. Additional languages are acknowledged
