Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and selling skills, as well as open work availability. This is a full-time position with hourly pay plus commission, weekly sales bonus, and daily bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Ensure inventory levels are appropriate and merchandise is displayed effectively

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Train new sales associates on company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role

- Excellent customer service and selling skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
