As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work with QAD Redzone business leaders and play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top-tier talent to support our company's growth and success. This will involve fully understanding the QAD Redzone business needs, what makes a successful Redzoner and the specifics of each role. You will then convert that information into highly effective sourcing and selection strategies. This will involve a significant amount of time directly sourcing into passive talent markets, engaging prospects and converting them into highly interested candidates. You will also work closely with key business leaders sharing top candidates and facilitating the candidate journey through the hiring and onboarding process. This is a full cycle recruitment role with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and candidate engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Directly recruit and source passive and active talent in the manufacturing and software industries.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs leveraging technology such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including but not limited to social media, professional networks, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Embed within the business lines to fully understand business goals, drivers and needs. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-depth interviews, to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Effectively communicate the results of your screens and candidate alignment with open positions to hiring leaders.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and refine sourcing and selection strategies.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of QAD Redzone's employer brand in the talent market
- Keep key stakeholders informed on recruitment activities and key metrics.
- Work in real time in the company ATS documenting recruiting activities, candidate and job status.
- Actively participate within a global Talent Acquisition team continually innovating new approaches to better support business partners and candidates.
- Participate in on-site group interview days as needed (approximately 4-6 travel days per quarter)
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners in preparation for candidate on-site interview days to ensure seamless communication and a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruitment experience including filling senior technical and professional level roles and a combination of corporate
