Our team is looking for individuals who can perform a variety of activities to support the KYC function including risk assessments, conducting due diligence reviews on clients, performing periodic reviews, updating client records, and adhering to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements and the Bank’s internal policies.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform full KYC reviews on new clients and periodic reviews on existing clients in accordance with laws, regulations, and firm policies

  • Conduct timely and high-quality KYC due diligence reviews based on bank policies

  • Guide front office staff in collecting client information/documentation to ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations and risk management requirements

  • Investigate client data using internal/external systems to analyze client identity and identify high-risk factors

  • Review organizational structure and methodologies to determine ownership and control parties, and identify ultimate beneficiaries and potential PEPs

  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to ensure production of high-quality files

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to source information from research tools such as Bloomberg and Lexis Nexis, as well as financial reports and audited statements, to interpret alerts, identify trends, and gather information

  • Basic understanding of AML/KYC regulations and their impact on financial institutions, along with knowledge of Investment Bank and Corporate Bank products

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including experience with senior management or executive-level staff, and the ability to escalate situations that pose operational or reputational market risk

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

  • Ability to work in a diverse work environment that requires collaboration, partnership, and transparency

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The Analyst salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $40,000 to $62,750.
