Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and integration of all directives developed through the Retail COE for the assigned property Retail Division. In Collaboration with the Retail COE will execute on the strategic direction of the Retail function. Accountable for the oversight and leadership of all staffing, Guest Service Initiatives and Employee Engagement, and ownership of all profitability of Retail Division. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

• Collaborate and Execute on all Retail strategic initiatives as determined by the Retail and ensure sustainability of initiatives.
• Oversee implementation of policies, operating procedures, training programs, manuals, directives, work schedules, rules and regulations for all Retail staff and ensure full compliance.
• Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development.
• Maximize guest experience by implementing established standards and expectations.
• Utilize resources provided by COE’s to drive financial success to include managing sales, drive profits, manage labor, and control expenses.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of prior relevant experience
