Regional Director of Behavioral Health Responsibilities:

• As a Regional Director of Behavioral Health, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing behavioral health programs across multiple nursing homes and rehabilitation centers across a designated region.
• You will be responsible for clinical oversight and compliance for behavioral health across your designated region.
• You will conduct training and staff development for all behavioral health employees in your assigned region.
• You will provide support and engage in collaboration with all staff members you interact with.
• You will be responsible for performance monitoring and quality assurance for the behavioral health departments in your assigned region.

Requirements

 Regional Director of Behavioral Health Requirements: 

• Master's degree in social work/human services related field, preferred, and 
• 2 plus years working in mental health and an additional 1 year of supervisory experience
• Bachelor's degree in social work/human services related field and
• 5 years working in mental health and 2 years in a supervisory role
