Title: PX Financial Analyst Intern

Location: Remote or Durham, NC

Position Overview

The People eXperience Financial Analyst Intern will be responsible for assisting the PX and PS team with various internal projects through process documentation, researching customer data in multiple systems, understanding the current state of employee compensation and working to implement a one Trimble variable compensation plan for the 2025 year.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with People eXperience and professional services to understand the current state of employees’ compensation and how we bill our customers for time and material.

• Collaboratively support the financial analysis and project management of the implementation of a one Trimble variable compensation plan.

• Opportunity to work with PS financial analyst on departmental and project KPI’s

Required Skills:

• Classes focused on business and financial analysis, budget analysis, revenue recognition and  project management.

• Ability to work in ever changing project priority environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Aptitude to learn new applications and tools

• Highly organized and demonstrated problem solving skills

• Can effectively manage time

Preferred Skills:

• Business and financial acumen

• Understanding of Project Management principles
