Position Overview 

As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you bring deep subject matter expertise in collaboration technologies and a strong understanding of Autodesk’s business needs. You will translate complex technical requirements into actionable business outcomes and drive high impact initiatives that shape Autodesk’s collaboration ecosystem. 

You will work on complex, multistakeholder programs, applying a broad business perspective to solve ambiguous problems partnering closely with the other TPM’s, engineers, product teams, and operational leaders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that enhance Autodesk’s Collaboration Experience.  

Responsibilities 

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross functional collaboration programs aligned with business priorities

  • Build comprehensive project/program plans, integrating risk assessments, resource models, budgets, and change management elements

  • Identify interdependencies and constraints to shape strategic, business aligned technical solutions

  • Provide senior leaders with insights on trends, risks, and best practices in collaboration technologies

  • Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and governance models to address evolving business challenges

  • Communicate persuasively with stakeholders across engineering, operations, security, and leadership

  • Gather structured feedback from cross functional stakeholders and partners to evolve and improve collaboration programs and processes

  • Deliver high quality updates, executive ready summaries, and data driven recommendations

  • Mentor team members on estimation, planning, and execution, fostering high quality delivery

  • Lead resource planning across internal teams and vendors; manage partners using clear performance measures

  • Conduct detailed planning analysis, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • You have 7–10+ years of technical project or program leadership with demonstrated success handling complex, ambiguous initiatives

  • Expertise in collaboration platforms, enterprise communication technologies, system interdependencies, and project management practices

  • Proven ability to operate autonomously except in highly exceptional scenarios

Preferred Qualifications 

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Experience influencing senior leaders and decision making across multiple functions

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and change management skills. 

  • Effective relation shipbuilder and mentor with strong presentation and communication abilities

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to challenge assumptions and innovate
