Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Sr. Financial Program Manager. Sr. Financial Program Manager is responsible for the financial oversight of complex Installation Services projects managed by the Program Managers. This role involves value-solutioning to identify business needs and develop customized solutions focused on cost control and resource planning efficiency. The Sr. Financial Program Manager will actively participate in financial meetings and activities with the program management team, collaborating with Program Managers, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Sales, and the Director of Installation to ensure the overall financial health of the installation programs. Key responsibilities include providing financial oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and delivering high-quality results. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Program Manager will develop and manage IS change control procedures, utilizing available methodologies and tools to achieve client acceptance of results. The role also involves overseeing key initiatives, such as cost reduction analysis and prioritizing TGCS initiatives. Given the customer-facing nature of this role, up to 20% travel is expected.

Educational and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of functional experience or equivalent.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience in a technology company.

- Experience in process development and project management principles leading to improved outcomes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Leadership and Business Acumen:
- Strong organizational leadership skills; assertive and diplomatic.
- Ability to manage up and down the organization with influence, holding others accountable.
- Strong financial management experience and skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple activities.

- Proven experience in achieving operational excellence and developing end-to-end procedures.

Delivery:
- Oversee a portfolio of programs and projects, ensuring delivery on all commitments from concept to production.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the agreed-upon plan.

- Utilize excellent networking skills to coordinate deliverables across different parts of the organization.
- Ensure timely completion of program objectives.

KPIs:
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for projects/practice.
- Regularly communicate results to the business (e.g., project/portfolio financials, utilization).

Reporting:
- Deliver overall messaging of status/issues to key internal/external partners and clients.
- Provide program dashboards, execution QA reports, and top program/account risks & issues.
