American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. (AESI) has an opening for a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter contractor in Hudson, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter – Contractor is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening top talent to fill open job requisitions in multiple departments. This individual will meet with hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. This individual will ensure efficient recruitment experience through strong communication, and ability to build strong relationships and build a talent pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively source candidate through various channels, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct candidate interview screenings to assess qualifications and skills.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates in collaboration with the HR Co-op.
- Regular follow up with hiring managers to complete interview feedback forms and transition candidates to the next step in the interview process.
- Review all outside recruiter submitted candidates for qualification and fit in position, ensure application is submitted through the ATS, and submit recruiter sourced candidates to the hiring manager.
- Coordinate with outside recruiter agencies to ensure candidate accuracy, interview scheduling, and feedback both to and from hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with human resources and hiring managers to review position descriptions, understand how the position fits into the department and determine candidate profile.
- Collaborate with Human Resources Manager to implement sourcing strategies that provide for qualified and diverse candidate pools through networking, referrals, job postings and direct sourcing for passive talent.
- Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Adhere to federal and state regulations.
- Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
- Predictable and reliable attendance.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in technical recruiting.
- Direct experience recruiting for a research & development (R&D), technical or manufacturing industry is required.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter module.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, or similar HRIS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
