Job Description

We are looking for Middle BPM (Business Process Modelling) BA/Product owner for outstaff, remote, full-time project with long-term duration.

Candidates location - Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia or Romania.

Client from Switzerland - Banking industry

Qualifications

Experience in the financial sector is needed. The requirement is in the Banking Operations area. The client is looking for someone strong in BPM space.

Please note that it looks like there will be frequent travelling to Geneva involved, so we will need someone ready for business trips.  Travel will be charged to the client. If we have candidates not ready for frequent travel but at least for some travel we also can consider them.

- we need candidates who have worked in BPM space, on tools like Appian, Pega, IBM-BPM etc. + at least awareness of AuraQuantic
(Please note: RPA and JIRA and Confluence cannot be considered as BPM tools.
BPMN is a UML language for modelling but this is not a proper BPM tool)

- experience in the financial sector/banking operations area 

You will be requested to implement Business Processes on a global scope within our various
departments and entities. You will work directly with business teams and will be responsible for implementing the solutions from the analysis and supervision until the final launch. You will be also involved for the evolution, maintenance of implemented processes and planification/rodmapping.

The right persons will need to have next experience:
● Finished higher education in IT
● 2+ years of experience on development related to automation/BPM
● Experience on BPM tools and BPML modelling
● Knowledge on banking professions
● Certification or experience on AuraQuantic would be a plus
● Experience of having worked in a large (international) company
● Mastering English is mandatory
