This is an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead position in the ASDS Engineering Execution organization and involves leading a Test Equipment team of 7-11 electrical and software engineers on the AMRAAM® Sustainment program.  The IPT Lead will be responsible for Test Equipment sustainment efforts to achieve 300 Guidance Section repairs in 2026 with growth to 400-500 repairs annually.  The position reports directly to the program manager and has high visibility in the program area.  The role involves cross-program coordination with Program Leadership on the Depot TE Modernization contract to meet sustainment needs.

The IPTL will have responsibility for tracking and reporting budget and charging and be responsible for Control Account Management (CAM) activities such as contributing to the Estimate at Completion (EAC) analysis.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the TEMA budget for depot, reporting directly to the depot PM.

  • Prioritize the team of roughly 8 individuals' efforts.

  • Coordinate with factory Value Stream Leaders (VSLs) for priority on stations.

  • Create Software Build plans that incorporate changes to the AMRAAM test position Technical Data Package (TDP).

  • Responsible for briefing TDP changes at Configuration Control Boards (CCBs).

  • Schedule and facilitate regular cadence meetings with directors and chiefs involving depot priorities.

  • Oversee the drawing packages that go through cPDM workflows through completion.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience.

  • Experience with test equipment processes and tools.

  • Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Risk and Opportunity Management.

  • Experience with budget, schedule, Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, and financial performance report generation with Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering programs.

  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in managing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers.

  • Technical Experience in Electrical or Software disciplines

  • Knowledge of existing AMRAAM Test Equipment configurations

  • EVMS certification and Raytheon PM Level 6 certification

  • Strong influential communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present analytic and performance results from program to executive and/or functional leadership.

  • Experience with proposal capture and contract processes from receipt of Requests for Proposal (RFP), preparing Basis of Estimates (BOE), proposal submittal, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), contract startup and contract close-out.
