Position : Sr Oracle Developer
Location : MI - Hybrid
Duration: Long Term

Looking for consultant to work on our Company W2.

Job description:
*       Lead data platform operations, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of Oracle environments across production and non-production instances.
*       Manage and monitor job schedules, troubleshoot failures, and implement solutions to ensure seamless data operations.
*       Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement enhancements as part of continuous improvement.
*       Support and maintain database objects such as tables, views, materialized views, PL/SQL packages, and ETL workflows.
*       Perform database upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities in alignment with business requirements and compliance standards.
*       Provide operational support for data integrations and migrations involving Guidewire DataHub, Guidewire CDA, or similar P&C insurance systems.
*       Work with reporting tools like WebFOCUS to ensure reports are accurate and delivered on time.
*       Support modernization initiatives, including migrating legacy data platforms to cloud-based solutions like Databricks or other data lakehouse architectures.
